In May 2010 we moved to a beautiful farm in the Klein Karoo, mainly as a result of Charl and Malinda’s decades long dream of founding a rural healing centre. The dream was to live on a farm containing a naturopathic practice, healing centre, therapy clinic and resource centre. Wellness from a Scriptural point of view was to be the primary focus. This dream has now materialised. The remote setting ensures tranquility and freedom from electro-pollution. The original clinic was founded in 1994 in Panorama and was the origin of extensive research and practice in attending to more than 20 000 patients and clients. To date we have found the most effective wellness protocol to be the combination of SCIO technology, dark field microscopy live blood analysis, intelligent supplementation, patient education and therapeutic nutrition. We remain brokers of the best and purest wellness products available worldwide. Dr. Charl du Randt, a Registered Naturopath, practicing as a health advisor, is the founder member of “METABOLE”– the first clinic (since 1994) in South Africa where therapeutic nutrition is being practiced. Die mediese wêreld se manier van genees het ek al 30jr gelede verlaat omdat die chemiese behandeling my sieker laat voel het en my oortuiging dat natuurlike genesing gesonder is. ʼn Naturopaat sal my probleem kan oplos maar wou ook nie na enig een gaan nie. Daarom is ek bly dat my pad gekruis het met Dr Charl en Malinda du Randt. Met my 1ste besoek in 2013 by Dr Charl du Randt en Malinda is daar heelwat foute uitgewys en daar leer ek dat my leefwyse drasties moes verander al het ek al volgens die bloedgroep diëet geleef. Met ʼn klomp aanvullings is ek huis toe en het stadig maar seker aangepas by my nuwe leefwyse. Ten spyte van dat ek baie beter was en meer energie gehad het, kon ek steeds nie proteïene, dierlik of plantaardig, verwerk sonder reaksie nie. Ek het besef dat my liggaam nie dierlike proteïene, bone of peulgewasse kon hanteer nie. My reaksie daarop was erge moegheid, hoofpyn, naar ens. Dus ʼn algehele goor gevoel. Dan bly ek daarsonder vir ʼn tyd wat my beter laat voel maar begin dit weer eet omdat ek onder die indruk was dat dit ʼn belangrike deel van mens se diëet moet wees. Deur die jare het ek gereeld opvolg besoeke gehad by Dr Charl en Malinda en al was my lesings redelik goed het die moegheid nie heel Ek het egter vir ʼn tyd nie weer opvolg besoek gedoen nie maar met my opvolg besoek einde Maart 2022 het ek genoem dat ek moeg is vir die moegheid wat nie met rus verdwyn nie en dat kos my moeg maak. Malinda het my vertel van die vrugte diëet met neute, rou groente en slaai en nou en dan gaar groente. Tuis het ek dadelik begin om net vrugte en geweekte neute te eet al was ek nog nie oortuig dat dit alle nodige voedingstowwe bevat nie en wou dit net vir 10 dae uittoets. Malinda het my inligting gestuur van Dr Mors, ʼn Naturopaat in Amerika, wat bevestig dat dit 100% reg is om so te eet. Ek het vir myself Essie Honiball se boek gekoop met die titel “Ek leef van vrugte vandag” wat my nog meer oortuig het, want sy het vir meer as 30 jaar net vrugte en neute geëet en gesond gebly sonder tekortkominge. Aanvanklik wou ek net **10 dae** die rou vrugte diëet doen om te detoks terwyl ek die inligting bestudeer. Die detoks simptome was erg by my: Hoofpyn of erge dikkop, naar, geïrriteerd en ongeduldig agv die baie vrugte suiker en neute help dit stabiliseer, my oë is branderig en rooierig met swart kring onder my oë, voel erg moeg en nie veel energie nie, stoelgang was baie en erg losserig,gelerig en sterk ruikend, my sweet het ook sterk geruik.  Die 1ste 10 dae het ek erge cravings gekry na soet kos en dierlike proteïene. Ten spyte van die detoks en goor voel heeldag het ek deurgedruk,want dis deel van die terapie. Toe besluit ek om **nog 10 dae** dit uit te toets omdat ek nog nie 100% gerus was oor die vreemde manier van eet nie. Jare se indroktrinasie oor dierlike proteïne moes eers uit my sisteem kom. Ek kom toe agter dat die “cravings” na soet kos en dierlike proteïene besig is om te verdwyn. My detoks simptome raak minder erg en besluit om **nog 10 dae** dit uit te toets. Die kort termyn doelstellings het my gedra om te kan volhou. My liggaam het baie positief begin reageer en het **besluit om dit my nuwe leefwyse te maak!** Dit was ʼn aanpassing om sosiaal te wees met die nuwe leefwyse. Dit is nie goed om jouself af te sonder om dit te kan handhaaf nie en het weer sosiaal begin verkeer. As ons gaan uiteet het ek die vegetariese opsie geneem. My vriende het dit aanvaar dat ek so eet vir my gesondheid en het gehoop om daardeur ʼn goeie voorbeeld te wees. Tuis is ek dan weer strenger met die rou vrugte,slaai en groente. Die volgende **verbeterings** het ek waargeneem na ek een maand die regte manier geëet het: \-My spierpyne het heel verdwyn en kan vêr stap sonder lyfseer wat dit ʼn plesier gemaak het om te oefen. \-Baie energie, lus soggens om op te staan en te gaan stap. M.a.w. jou lus vir die lewe is weer daar. \-Ek slaap die nagte goed deur en diep sonder om te moet opstaan vir toilet nie. \-Selfs in die dag is my blaas vermoë goed en gaan minder toilet toe ten spyte dat ek 2 liter water per dag drink. \-My naels het verhard en split/skilfer glad nie meer nie. \-Ek is nie meer koulik nie en kry daarom nie meer so maklik koud nie. Ek is nie ʼn diabeet nie maar het maklik suikerlaagtes ervaar agv my uitgeputte byniere. Hoe langer ek vrugte eet hoe minder geïriteerd het ek geraak en kan nou groot hoeveelhede vrugte eet sonder om bewerig te voel al kombineer ek dit nog met geweekte neute of neutesmere. Daarom het ek in die begin min vrugte op ʼn slag geëet en selfs elke uur geëet en stadig maar seker vermeerder soos ek dit kon hanteer. Gelukkig word mens nie beperk wanneer en hoeveel jy eet nie. Solank jy nie honger word nie. \-Ek raak minder dors deur die dag waar ek vroeër aanmekaar dors was. \-My opelyf is gereeld en meer gevorm wat minder sterk ruik. \-My gewig het stadig maar seker gedaal en gestabiliseer tot my regte gewig . In a few weeks, or months, or maybe next year some time (if you’re lucky) it will start all over again. **Wouldn’t it be great if you could find a solution to this seemingly endless, vicious cycle?** Well, you can. **Magnesium deficiency symptoms are so common,** they almost always slip under the radar. From a simple headache to a complicated issue like a seizure, magnesium deficiency is the culprit behind many, many ill-health conditions. Dr Dean further explains how food soil has been deprived of magnesium and how we are now getting much less magnesium from our diets as opposed to a hundred years ago. Conventional medicine has not yet woken up to the research done on magnesium deficiency and magnesium deficiency symptoms. One reason **Western Medicine is so off base** is because they use blood tests to detect magnesium deficiencies in their patients. But blood tests yield no information about magnesium because the human body is strict in controlling blood magnesium levels. To prevent cardiac arrest, your body will rob all of its cells, tissues and bones of magnesium to keep blood levels constant. If you do a blood test to detect a magnesium deficiency, your cells can be depleted while blood levels stay constant. 99% Of magnesium in your body gets stored in the cells that get “robbed”, while a mere 1% is in your blood. Blood tests are a complete waste of time. The sad fact is: doctors are not educated in this regard. Your body does not lie though. What some consider “normal aches and pains” is, in fact, your body crying out for help and trying to tell you it desperately needs nutrition. Let’s look at ways your body might be telling you it needs the master of all minerals: magnesium. We experience low levels of energy when our adrenal glands become overworked. Magnesium is responsible to recover adrenal glands. Low energy levels causes you to become more stressed, and stress depletes the magnesium levels in your body. With low magnesium levels, your body cannot relax, leading to sleep disturbances, which can turn into insomnia.
